I started back in 2004 as an admin at a tax firm my professor worked at. The owner of the company has been an amazing mentor and friend. Through that I got my degree in busis and accounting. He was Encouraging and supportive through my journey and even with my walk with God which led me to the revelation that Godnpurposes me to help others with their tax needs and ensure they get the most out of their money.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Set up a call/meeting to discuss needs
2. send over client organizer and information sheet with some checklists
3. prepare return
4. email watermarked copy, signature pages, and invoice, go over return and answer questions
5. once invoice is paid, send final return without watermark and queue return for efile
