What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am a virtual tax preparer but will meet with a client in a public library within 15 miles to complete their tax return. I have a secure software for the client to upload documents. Typically, a clients taxes are completed within 1-2 hours depending upon availability and the tax complexity.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an AA & BS both in Accounting and previously worked for a tax service company.

How did you get started in this business?
I took all of my experiences, learned some new skills and decided to start a bookkeeping, tax service and travel business.
