What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to initially speak with the client face to face in a relaxed atmosphere where they're comfortable to discuss, in a general way their business & personal financial goals and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with Honors from The University of Mount Union and began my professional career with Hill, Barth & King, CPA's (a large regional firm in NE Ohio). After 13 years, I started my small private practice.
