What is your typical process for working with a new client?
Face to face interview and completion of the return on first visit if all information received. Some clients prefer to mail information or submit it to us through a secure portal established just for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Enrolled Agent with the IRS. At least 40 hours of continuing education each year. We stay on top of the tax law to bring you the best return.

Rates depend on the information and expertise needed to complete the return.
How did you get started?
Was a secretary for a CPA firm and was discovered as a hidden resource for them. Was preparing taxes in my second year with the firm andin charge of the individual tax department in my third year with the firm.
