Typically because we are complete the majority of our services remotely we schedule a virtual meeting in a private online conference room. During the meeting the customer fills out all client information and provides any of the service related requirements. The client then submits all documents through secure mobile upload. The client is given an estimate for either estimated of the time it will take to complete their request or if it is a tax return we will provide an estimate of the refund that they will recieve or the amount of taxes that they will be required to pay. The clients tax return or service mock up is prepared while the client is in the virtual conference room and all finalizations are approved by the client prior to finalization. Once the service order or tax return  is ready for submission or the final completed service order is ready to be given to the client will then review, sign, and pay for their tax submission or service all from the comfort of their home with the business service provider or tax preparer.

I have a Masters degree in Accounting and Finance, a bachlors degree in Business Information Systems, Xero Certified, Quickbooks trained, and I am an AFSP  tax preparer.

Tax preparation starts a $199.00 all other services have standard hourly rates please ask us.
