What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can book online or by phone. We welcome you to the spa. We discuss your immediate needs and wellness goals and select a therapist best suited to your preferences and schedules. You fill out an intake form and then you can place your things into a locker, don a robe if you are doing infrared or go directly into a massage room. The therapist will discuss your needs and create a full 30, 60 or 90-minute custom session to your specifications.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of Thrive's therapists are licensed by the state of Ohio. We offer a wide variety of massage modalities including Swedish, Therapeutic: Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, TMJ, Lymphatic, Prenatal, Myofacial Release, Sports, Stretching, Mastectomy, Hot Stone, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, and Geriatric, Gua Sha, and Cupping
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We offer a full 60-minute Swedish, gentle relaxing massage for $70 intro and member price $90 non-member. Therapeutic Massages listed above are 30-min-$50. 60-minute is $90 intro and member $110. non-member, 90 minutes therapeutic is $130 intro and member, $160 non-member. Sauna sessions for pain relief, cellular detox, weight loss, and cardio are $40 walk-in, $30 with a massage. We offer discount packages for frequent visitors. Sound table sessions are $30 per hour. Add-on wellness extras vary by service.
