What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what the client needs are and if I can be of any assistance then I will glady save them money

I worked for H&R Block before going on my own and I have over 15yrs in accounting arena
How did you get started in this business?
I worked at H&R Block for a couple years and was frustrated with their charges so I decided to open my own business
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types young, old, retired, businesses, truck drivers, students and the list goes on and on.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure your tax preparers PTIN, address is on the 2nd page of your 1040.
If bottom of your 2nd page 1040 says "Self-Prepared" that means someone has taken your identity and you are paying them to prepare your taxes posing as you.
Look through your return before you leave office to make sure your name, address ss# is correct
