We provide bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services to small business owners and individuals. Your financial information is more than just a means for you to pay taxes, it should be a tool used in the management of your business. Of course our first goal is to make sure your books are accurate and up-to-date, but we also work with each client to make sure they understand and can utilize their financials to make the best decisions for their business. We are certified in Quickbooks Online and Xero. Our main specialist holds bachelor's in accounting. All potential new clients receive a free consultation to make sure we are a good fit for each other.
We love working with our clients and making a difference in their small business. Each of our clients is unique and getting to know them and their companies introduces us to some amazing individuals. Helping them utilize their financial information in the management of their businesses and providing them with additional tools to succeed is what we love the most.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients receive a free consultation to discuss their needs and to make sure we are a good fit for each other. From there we put together a quote customized to that client's needs. From there the work flow depends on the services we are providing for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's in accounting. All of our staff is certified in Quickbooks Online and Xero. In addition to professional education our staff has professional experience in the various services we offer.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing system is based on a number of different things. Our bookkeeping is based on the services that we are including in our bookkeeping package and the volume of client transactions. We work with each bookkeeping client to determine their needs, which are often unique. Therefore we do not put together one size fits all packages.
Our payroll pricing is based on the number of employees and frequency of payroll. We also over outsources HR services with our payroll which increases the price if a client chooses to utilize those servies.
Our tax services are based on the forms and schedules that we will be preparing and filing on our client's behalf. It also is based on tax issues that the client may have.
How did you get started in this business?
Marietti Accounting Services, LLC started after I realized the need for accounting services that cater to small business owners and their unique needs. Each business is unique and a one size fits all package just does not provide the right kind of services for each client. Prior to opening Marietti Accounting Services, LLC I worked for private companies in various roles with their accounting and management needs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a variety of clients, but cater to small business owners. We also have specialty tax knowledge in the equine and agriculture businesses.
Besides the equine and agriculture industries we have worked with clients in the health care industry, restaurants, HVAC, automotive, ecommerce, interior design, Youtube content creators, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love meeting with potential new clients to discuss their needs. Being able to talk to them about their business and making a difference by helping them address their challenges is very rewarding. Having a new client come on board and hearing the difference we have made in their business after a short period of time is very rewarding.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When a customer is looking for someone to do their books, payroll, or taxes one of the main components they need to look for is someone who takes the time to learn their workflow and makes sure they remain compliant with their regulations. It doesn't do much good to hire a bookkeeper only to realize that they don't file the necessary reports you need to stay compliant.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What their needs are and what they would like to maintain themselves versus outsource. It's one thing to want to maintain your books yourself, but you also need to make sure that you file the necessary documents such as sales tax, payroll reports, etc.
