What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Over the phone, we verifyand validate who client is by confirming their valid ID and address. Then find out what the client needs are and once their confirmed. We instruct you in sending over copies of ID, previous year 1040, w2 and all tax forms that are apllicable. If you have dependents we insturct you to send over all other supporting documentation.
