What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule an in office appointment or a phone appointment to do intake and find out the clients situation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started and was trained by VITA (volunteer income tax assistant). I have trained under EA's and keep up with continued education.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes I do charge from $75 to $575 for basic tax preparation.
$75 is for individuals who file single with no dependents or credit.
$220 for Eic and Ctc with no schedule C
$575 for any schedule C filed
Those are for tax preparation only; book keeping services are charged separately depending on services rendered.
