About

I help high-impact leaders live well, lead well and stay on a path to finish strong!

But unfortunately many leaders don't finish well. In fact, reliable studies show than less than 30% of leaders finish well. Instead, many leaders get stuck, stall out, or even self-destruct along the way.

I specifically help high-impact leaders successfully navigate the two most critical seasons in their life and leadership where they are most likely to stall out -- or even self destruct - so they can beat the odds and finish strong.

I love helping leaders become who they hope to become and fulfill what that hope to accomplish.

I don't coach with a plug-n-play system, but coach from a highly relational, personalized, and customized approach.

I love helping leaders figure out the gap between where they are currently at and where they want to go; and then help get there.

Ken has helped me clarify my north star, and patiently helped me work through the challenges that are hindering me from pursuing that calling. Working with him has given me the clarity and confidence I needed to move into my next stage of ministry.

    Frequently asked questions

I start with a 50 minute Let's Get Started Coaching Call. This helps me get to know my potential coaching client better. It also helps me be clear on what they hope to get out of a coaching relationship.

If I can help them or think I'm the right fit, then I follow up with a written proposal that state our agreed upon outcomes, the way in which we will accomplish these outcomes, the number and frequncy of our coaching sessions, the financial investment and different payment plans.

Once the client reveiws and signs the coaching agreement, we schedule our first coaching session and start the process.

I have been trained by LeaderBreakthru -- a premier coaching service that specifically helps leaders navigate seasons of transitions in their life and leadership.

I have successfully navigated the two most critical seasons in the life of a leader in my own life.

I have also coached hundreds of other leaders through significant seasons of transition in their own life and leadership.

My rates vary based upon how many coaching sessions a client will need to help them move from where they are at to where they want to be.

The minimum number of sessions I do are six, but I recommend -- and seem to get the best results -- in twelve sessions.

My rates range from$2500 for six sessions, up to $4800 for twelve sessions.

I have always been a life-long learner and someone who has always been focused on living my life with purpose and intentionality.

I have also always been aware of the different stages of development in a leader and over the 40 plus years of my leadeship - have purposefully navigated through these different stages.

I'm also aware of the challenge it is for leaders to finish well and have seen a lot of my collegues not finish well.

So after 33 years of senior leadership, I transitioned to coaching other leaders, with the specific focus of helping them avoid getting stuck and staying on a path to finish well -- especially as they move through what are the two most critical seasons in the life of a leader: crisis stage and convergence stage.

I primarly work with high-impact leaders.

Be clear on what your desired outcome for the coaching relationship is.

Make sure it's a good relational fit.

Be prepared to give the time, effort, and focus needed for the coaching to be benefical. Action is everything!

    1. What events, circumstances, or even "feelings" have brought me to the point of pursueing a coach?

    2. What specifically - do I hope to get out of this coaching relationship?

    3. If this coaching process could get me to where I want to go (my desired outcomes), what is that worth (value) to me?

4 Am I prepared to give the time, effort, and focus needed to make this coaching process a priority?
