What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with either a phone or in person (client's choice) interview so I have a deep understanding of the compliance issues required. After the interview we discuss payment for services and if it is acceptable then I request for documents so I can start with the tax preparation.
I can also help with reconstruction of prior year's bookkeeping that is either incomplete or never been done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in Taxation. Worked for the IRS for 8 years. Over 19 years of accounting experience in various industries in various company sizes.
