I work with children, adolescents, adults & families. Most clients come to me in crisis. Their usual coping skills aren’t enough to manage overwheming feelings around (often traumatic) current circumstances. Helping people learn to manage crises is especially rewarding.

Regardless of age or presenting problems, helping people empower themselves, learn about themselves, break unhealthy relationship and behavioral patterns, develop more effective coping and communication skills, develop healthy support systems, and learn to better manage their symptoms is immensely satisfying.
