Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically set up a phone call to discuss their situation and needs. The call is basically two way Q & A. Calls typically last between 15 & 45 minutes.
If I can help them, I explain and offer my services, what they can expect to receive at completion, when and what it will cost. If we agree to work together, I ask for a deposit at the end of the call. The deposit is a percentage of total estimated cost. If, for any reason, client decides to cancel service within 3 days, the deposit is refunded. Work is not started until day 4 from receipt of deposit.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is based on time spent researching and preparing report or return, etc.). Level of difficulty or potential liability to service provider is a consideration in price of service.
