What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick phone call or email from someone saying they want a quote or have a problem that we can help with - and we get started to assess their need and find solutions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CPA - Certified Public Accountant - with 23 years experience running a business and helping others.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing for all services depends on the work we are engaged to do. Tax returns are based on the forms and complexity of the return. Payroll service fees are based on the pay cycle and the number of employees receiving paychecks and any related workforce services we provide - like HR or timekeeping apps. How did you get started in this business?
I started out working with some basic tax returns and decided that I like it so much, I should get a degree in accounting and do it full time. I have always loved the career path I chose and enjoy helping people with solutions that will change their life!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that you talk with someone who makes your comfortable from the beginning. Someone who has been where you are and knows first-hand how to guide you. You have questions, and they are valid questions, about how to handle taxes or your business or payroll. Don't settle for navigating those challenges on your own.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is your biggest headache? How much time, money or energy is that headache costing you every week? If you could get that headache to go away, what would that mean for you?
