What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process consists of a consultation. If the customer wants to proceed after the consultation, client intake forms are sent to the client to complete and submit all paperwork. Once paperwork is submitted, I proceed to prepare the return. Payment is due at the time service is provided, and I do offer financial products so the customer has the option of having my fee deducted from their refund.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Associates degree in Accounting, and I worked for Liberty Tax Service for 5 years.
