Counseling With Tracie
About
You've already made huge strides towards a happier, healthier life. You've gotten yourself out of a hurtful, unhealthy relationship and you're doing pretty damn good, but sometimes negative feelings creep back in...self-doubt, not-good-enough syndrome, sadness, and overwhelm... kind of like a splinter in your foot. You could probably live with it but it's uncomfortable and keeps getting in the way of the progress you're making. You know you don't need a diagnosis or years of therapy, you just need a little help and guidance cleaning up those sore spots from the past that keep spilling over into your current life and relationships.
I help women heal those sore spots that are lingering from a painful experience...an emotional "tune-up" so to speak. Therapy is brief and focuses on identifying, challenging, and changing those thoughts from the past that create feelings of doubt, inadequacy, sadness or overwhelm. You'll learn how to live life with confidence, contentment, & courage.
I use a variety of approaches (along with a lot of humor and occasional profanity) that are extremely effective at healing the residual affects of emotionally painful experiences from the past. If you've made progress but have a few more things that need tended to, take a look at my website, then give me a call...www.counselingwithtracie.com
That moment when people discover they had the ability all along to live their best life; they just needed guidance, support, and encouragement.
