What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an initial "meeting" through either email, phone, or in person to discuss their needs. I will then offer them a quote based on our conversation. Once agreed upon, I will begin the work. My consultations are free of charge and I request no upfront money.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in business and an Associate Degree in accounting.
I am a QuickBooks certified Pro Advisor, and I am a Certified IRS efile provider.
