We work with client very close investigating deteiles and site functionality.
Ater we offer detailed proposal and when it signed by client it is become a contract.
We work only with contractual agreement to insure that client needs as well as our are protected

My education:MS in Engineering and Architecture from Russia Microsof Sertifyed System Administrator as well as a Developer

I think if customer looking to develop website he/she need to understand that having website that do not produce results is a waste of funds.
