What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the person and/or the organization. If there is an urgent/critical matter we've been hands-on within an hour (you're welcome NPR!) ... and there are other times a more robust planning process is needed.
The key is that we'll come to wherever you are in order to plan, execute and deliver on your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive and varied, and depends on the person/people involved in the project.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Lets discuss the need(s) ... rate cards for standard tasks and functions are available and usually included in a contract.
How did you get started in this business?
