What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with General Public, Senior Centers, Hospitals, Banks, Settlement Companies, Title Companies, Real Estate Attorneys and others...
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
A general NY Notary public is required to pay their notary renewal fee every 4 years and not mandated to keep up with the current notary law. With the laws changing you want a notary to provide you the most accurate service available. Ask any notary toy choose to provide to you their credentials to ensure you have a knowledgeable notary to work with.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are you Certified or a General Notary Public? (General Notaries are not trained in executing all document type or aware what NYS will not allow them to notarize)
Can they perform the needed notarization? (Not all banks or notary offices notarizes all document types)
What are their hours? (Some offices and banks only have a few hours a day or week that the notary is in)
