What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and look to get an understanding of what they are looking to do. I find out where they are located and how many documents they are looking to get notarized. Once established I set an appointment time that works out best for myself and the client and let them know what to expect and what I would need to assist.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my undergraduate degree in business management and worked in the financial services industry over 15 years.
