What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a 1-hour Strategy session with them. This is based on a questionnaire that I send out prior to the call. On the call we review the questionnaire. I will them make recommendations for the best way to move forward with a successful marketing strategy for their business. I then develop a marketing plan to implement this strategy and a time frame for implementation. And we get to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of marketing experience in the corporate and agency worlds. I started my own consulting business, YMarketingMatters, in 2010.

Every customer is different, and has different needs. I price my services after I have spoken with the client to determine marketing needs.

I have over 20 years of marketing experience in the corporate and agency worlds. I started my own consulting business, YMarketingMatters, in 2010.
