Mr. Tewani’s knowledge and experience extends beyond law. Born to an immigrant family who established a prominent retail and wholesale business, Mr. Tewani aspired to follow in his father’s entrepreneurial footsteps until his first taste of the law during an internship in a Judge’s Office. Staying true to his initial entrepreneurial aspiration he continued his education in Pace University where he earned a Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor concentration in Law and Economics. At the start of his career, he was exposed to the practical implications of law from H1-B applications, real estate agreements, employment and business issues. Realizing his true passion for law, Mr. Tewani continued his education in John Marshall Law School where he earned a Juris Doctorate. Mr. Tewani continued to become a certified and respected member of the New York and New Jersey State Bar.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a complimentary discovery call to determine whether the client is eligible for an immigration benefit. We take the time to asses the client's long term goals and discuss the different strategies available, if any. Once the client is confident with a strategy we formalize the engagement with a Retainer Agreement.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We offer a Flat Fee for most of our cases, the flat fee varies depending on the services the client selects and the degree of interaction the client prefers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a variety of clients from Multi-National Companies, to Mom and Pop Businesses, to Families and Individuals.
