I've been a licensed psychotherapist in New York and New Jersey for the past few years. I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from Simmons University in 2019. I graduated with my BA from Empire State College in 2006.
I love helping my clients be their best self. My goal is to see my client grow into a compassionate, confident and healthy human being. No matter the problem or diagnosis that is keeping them stuck. I believe every person deserves a chance to have a more peaceful life.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new client, we get to know each other and create a goal for the session. We collaborate in finding what the underlying issue/s are and the best way to move forward. Some clients gain tremendously from just 1-3 sessions.
