I provide individuals, couples and families with the help they need to create better relationships and improve their ability to feel good about themselves, their lives, and their work. With a license in New York and Florida, I have been a practicing therapist and coach for over 20 years. With training in emotionally focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as other trainings I am direct, understanding, non-judgmental and caring in my approach to all my clients. Before I became a therapist I was the head of human resources and doing employee relations within organizations as well as serving as a career coach.
