In addition to our services to small businesses and individuals, we offer audit, tax and consulting services to employee benefit plans and labor unions. We also offer consulting services to CPA Firms that perform such services for employee benefit plans. The President and owner Joseph E. Manfre', CPA, who has over 40 years of accounting, audit and tax experience, also speaks for an organization that provides CPE to CPAs relating to their employee benefit plan courses.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone conversation that introduces us, discusses the potential client's needs, our fee arrangement based on the services to be rendered, and whether both of us have a desire to continue with our business relationship, is the first step. If retained, a formal engagement letter is prepared that details all services and fees. Once that is signed and returned to us, we discuss timing of beginning our services to the client.
