What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically review a new client's prior years income tax returns for errors or different treatments. Many times I am able to prepare amended returns and get tax refunds for clients.
I handle tax resolution matters on behalf of clients so that they don't have to deal directly with the IRS or other taxing authrorities.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Every year i take over 25 hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE)courses in tax related matters.
How did you get started in this business?
I previously worked for several small to medium sized CPA firms and gained my tax expertise. I have developed a client base becuase of my abilities and service.
