What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With any client I want to help them understand where they are and to have a vision of where it is they want to be. Based on their willingness to share and a commitment to do what's necessary to move to that new place, I help them to figure out the path to get there.I let them know, that I will take that journey with them.
Provide client with an engagement letter and document request list immediately afterward. Begin work immediately upon receipt of requested documents and agreed upon payment terms. Present tax return for review, signature, and provide client copy. File tax return immediately thereafter.
