I offer high quality massages at affordable prices. I tailor your treatment to your specific needs, rather than offering a cookie cutter mass produced massage.

I love being able to see the dramatic improvement in he health and mood of my clients.

I love knowing I can make a difference. Massage gives me focus and purpose. After leaving the military this was something I struggled with for a long time, being able to serve through massage gives me pride and adds great value to my life.

    Frequently asked questions

Upon first meeting we will establish any historical pain and injuries, as well as current. We will establish a goal for the treatment and tailor the massage to meet that goal.

I give clear instructions on how to get into the table and the process we will go through so that new clients can feel comfortable.

Whether a customer has had a massage before and just wants a quiet and relaxing massage, or they are new and on edge and would like to be talked through  the massage, I will make it happen.

I graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage June 7th, 2019 and completed the accelerated 6 month version.

My life has been saturated with massage since embarking on this fantastic journey. From school to work. I worked at the Woodcliff Spa from 2019-2022, and now work at The Lake House in Canandiagua.

I  am always researching new methods, gaining valuable feedback, and taking continuing education to keep myself ahead of the competition.

Yes, I charge flat rates regardless of the type of massage.

I also offer a few add-ons that are posted on my Facebook page.

As a child I always wanted to help with everything. I realized quickly that family appreciated back rubs and even gave me money for it.

My family realized I had a useful talent and that I enjoyed it.  imy family invested in my skills by buying me books, hot stone kits, and encouraging me to pursue anything massage related to improve my skills.

After years of trying to figure out just what to do with my life, I realized my family was right about massage all along. I served in the US Army and paid for my schooling with my G.I.Bill.

My mission is to heal and help manage chronic pain. Not everyone can afford a physical therapist, and many don't know that there are massage therapists that specialize in treatment of soft tissue injuries.

This is where I would like to make my mark, improving the lives of others.

There really isn't any way to answer this question other than, everyone. I have worked with both males and females, the old and the young, immunocompromised, and the disabled.

My current setup is NOT accessable for those who cannot climb stairs unfortunately, but for those clients I am willing to travel to them for no extra cost if it is within 15 minutes drive.

Just the other day I saw a client who had been suffering from chronic anxiety that was causing adhesions (knots) along her back and shoulders. She said this had been going on for years and I really wanted to help. We spend 50 minutes working her neck, shoulders, back, glutes, and thighs.

When she turned onto her back, she gasped in amazement and told me this was the first time she had ever felt so much relief and difference from a massage. She is rebooking with me and I look forward to helping her consistently increase the quality of life and maintain the progress we have had.

If you are looking for a quality massage and are ok with the standard Swedish massage and money is not an issue, the Spas are great.

If you are looking for someone more affordable, a more personal experience to address knots or injuries, go for an independent therapist.

Just be careful and make sure they are a licensed massage therapist, they should have no problem giving you their license number. This information is also able to be looked up by going here:

    http://www.op.nysed.gov/opsearches.htm#

You can look them up by name or license number to make sure they are in good standing, and to make sure they are licensed at all!

Also be sure the therapist of your choice is insured, ask for proof of both to protect yourself. Finding a therapist that is a steal, is probably not reputable, insured, or licensed.

We offer a skill that takes a lot of schooling in New York State. We pride ourselves in being professional and price ourselves fairly for the service we offer.
