For nearly 39 years, I have provided clients/patients with outstanding, customized Massage treatments that meet your unique needs. While my practice focuses on Medical or Treatment massage today, I can offer Swedish massage for deep relaxation and stress relief; Sports Massage for athletes and other performers at all levels and Pregnacy Massage. I support your Wellness through Nutrition Consultation and assessment, offering Shaklee nutritional supplements, immune systems support programs and products. Stress Managemt consulting, action planning and support round out my commitment to being Your Partner in Wellness.
When I am doing massage work, I feel most like my true self. This work is my calling, not a "job"
I enjoy the challenge of discerning the root cause of pain or dysfunction, planning and executing a unique treatment plan for each individual, and seeing the progress, positive change my clients make when getting massage regularly.
I especially enjoy getting to know the wide range of persons I work with, and supporting each one on the Journey to Wellness in any way I can.
