Traditional Reiki treatments are an hour long. I charge $70 for the hour but I have specials from time to time so follow my Facebook page to see those.

Holistic Life Coaching can be done in person, over the phone or via video chat. I have 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year plans. Let's meet for a free consultation and discuss your goals and time frame.

I am reiki levels 1-4 certified and attuned. I am now a Reiki Master Teacher. I can also attune and teach others.

I am a certified holistic life coach. I specialize in total mind, body and spirit growth. Certifications in Life Coaching, Law of Attraction Life Coaching, NLP, Wellness Coaching, EFT/TFT and 20 yrs experience teaching health and wellness.

My daughter was diagnosed with a debilitating disease and the medications were making her worse. I did a ton of research and Reiki found me. I fell in love with the idea of helping others heal themselves. I have treated my daughter and she hasn't had a flare-up in 5 years!

I have always been a life coach, just not in a professional manner until recently. I am the person you spill your guts to while standing in line at the grocery store. I am the person you would turn to for an important life decision. Well, maybe it wasn't me the last time but people tend to feel more comfortable talking to me about their challenges. I have guided family, friends, co-workers and strangers down less challenging paths my entire life.

Most of my Reiki clients are looking for relaxation and release from day to day stresses. I have clients looking for alternative healing to go along with conventional treatments. Some see me to help them release old negative energy from childhood and early adulthood. Some see me for chronic pain connected to energy blockages in their chakras. 

My Life Coaching clients come to me to find joy in their life. Whether it be a result of past traumas, life challenges, family issues, emotional pains or career needs. I guide them through with small goals and positive mindsets.

I recently moved from a home business to a professional office. Once I committed to the switch everything fell into place quickly. As though it was all meant to be. I am always proud of my job(passion)

I have seen many clients over the years. They aren't what I would consider a project, but maybe their issues were a work in progress. Those that just couldn't figure out how to relax learned how during a reiki session or 3. Those that felt they couldn't move forward in their career found ways through my coaching. The list is long and I'm pretty darn proud of the people that I helped work through it. They gave me their trust and together we found the right path for them.
