In a very short period of time, we were able to drill down and get to my core issues and family dynamics. Identifying my codependency and dysfunctional family roles has helped me in controlling my anxiety and make changes in my marriage.

  • Andrea K.

"The take-away that means the most to me right now [from coaching] was how I feel like I now have permission to walk away from negative, deceptive, and/or deceitful situations. I feel liberated from the task of taking responsibility for making a doomed situation come out right.

"Cindy has helped me powerfully transcend some "blind spots" and subconscious blocks in my life walkabout---all with a gentle, but strong guidance, well-timed reflection and some amazing insight based on her personal experience--which I value much more than by-the-book coaching styles or one-size-fits-all counsel. I highly recommend investing in a guide on this life journey...and Living Large Coaching has been an invaluable guide for me --keeping me centered, relaxed, and excited about possibilities, both now and in the future. LLC walks the talk and is a powerful asset to your transcendent life journey!"

How did you get started in this business?

I got started working as a Life Skills Instructor in the prison system.  I've worked with numerous populations, in various institutional settings.  Through out my journey, I saw huge gaps in the quality of care people received in mental health services.  I aim fill that gap.  I'm always updating my education and staying up to date on the latest interventions.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

If you don't find a good fit with a counselor/coach right away, keep looking.  Every practice has a different flavor using numerous modalities and it may take a while to find that person you click with, but it's worth it.
