A second excellent option I offer is daily or as needed E-mail therapy through THERAPYTHISMOMENT.COM. You can email up to 3 times per day for one price. I often hear others say "You get me", gaining awareness in areas that were previously not explored. I understand you want to feel better, not just for today but ongoing. I provide a safe, confidential place to explore your situation and find a way to feel better, think clearer and feel more in control. A common response to E-mail therapy is, " I love that I can connect with you multiple times a day from any place and you will respond!"
You can openly express what is important to you. You will have my complete attention, focus and understanding. With a trusting relationship at the core, I use a combination of therapies including Motivational Interview, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic, Prolonged exposure Therapy, Narrative, Mindful based, Cognitive Behavioral, DBT and EFT.
