How did you get started in this business?
As an IT professional for a private school with over 110 computers in Westchester, I was asked if I could update the school's website. That's when I started educating myself on the field. That was over 15 years ago. Now I am a Pro!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a School for Kids with Special Needs, Attorneys, Travel Agents, Veterinarians, a Book Author, Remodeling Contractors, Tree Cutting Services, Painting Artists and more and recently an Overseas Volunteer Service in South Africa.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was invited to teach how to use the new Windows 11 based computers on a 7-Night Cruise and show the basics on creating personal & business websites. I love these events, especially because of mixing business with plasure!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You need to look for someone who is knowledgeable, affordable and has the patience needed to finish your project for as long as it takes!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Is your website designer happy and smiling while working on your project? Does he or she provide their own suggestions for enhancements? Do they answer your demands with patience and determination?
