What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In depth discovery followed by preliminary description and free broad-brush specification and statement of work. After multiple feedback sessions, detailed specifications and price indications follow.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CEO is former university professor of data and computer science. All developers and designers have equivalent of master of science or master of fine arts degrees and at least ten years professional experience. We work with all Internet based scripting and programming languages: .Net, HTML5, Python, C#, Swift, Java.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
By the hour according to duration. A 200 hour project may cost $60/hour, a 5 hour project may cost $130/hour. We use our offshore office of developers when practical to bring down costs. For larger projects the project manager is always a native English speaker with 10 + years of experience.
