My Name is Samantha Soler or My stage name "Rosegold". I am the CEO and founder of Cosmic Sound Garden. I have both studied and have worked in the Music industry teaching vocal training for over 7 years. Three years ago, my mental health became my dominant priority, I immersed myself into my sound therapy practice and became certified as a sound practitioner. I am simultaneously pursuing Reiki and the study of new age meditation. Once We officially became Cosmic Sound Garden, we began offering Vocal Training, Sound Meditation and Reiki.

Our mission is to provide practical tools and methods for individuals and groups to create space for mindfulness in the workplace. I achieve results by sonically initiating activity and stimulation of the different parts of the brain such as , the cerebellum ,The Prefrontal Cortex( that takes charge of attention and control) ,and the Vagus nerve ( responsible for the regulation of internal organ function).

The frequencies, instruments, and vocals emitted during these specially curated sound experiences set the tone in the space. Vibrations at different levels target specific matters in question such as fatigue ,stress, anxiety ,& sickness. It will also create a sense of unity and oneness within organizations who participate together. Practicing mindfulness, we cultivate community by setting intentions collectively. Intention setting can be adapted and used throughout the day and through the variety of modalities that we teach.Breathwork, Journal Prompts and Reading Lists support the clients societal needs such as acceptance,belonging ,security, health,relationship to food rest,and energy. Sound therapy has also been studied and associated with different states of consciousness such as peace , joy, reason ,acceptance, willingness, courage and love.Thervo is an amazing platform ansd network that will help to normalize mindfulness and mental health support in the workplace in a practical way.
