I consider myself a relationship builder with specialities in improving marriage through better communication, infidelity, pre-marital counseling, dating, divorce, and life transitions. By tapping into a person's strengths, I help people and couples maximize their life and live authentically.

I love what I do for a living and really want to help people get healthier, so they can live their best life possible. I find that people just feel stuck, unable to do aything differently mainly because they don't have effective skills and strategies to move in a different direction. I help them get what they need so they can embrace change and live differently.
