What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Comprehensive physical examination to diagnose orthopedic, muscular, sports, and various injuries. Design and collaborate with patients to create a customized rehabilitation program and goals.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We accept and work with most insurance carriers as Out-of-Network Providers. Your plan will cover our treatment if you have Out-of-Network Benefit (PPO/POS Plan).
Out-of-pocket cost for self-pay clients:
Initial Evaluation and Treatment - $100
Follow-up Session - $80
