What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
make sure that a pro gives you what is right for your business, and not an off the shelf solution.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
most clients talk to multiple pros to modify/decide what they need. The last pro they talk to often gets the job because the client can more clearly articulate what is needed. I would suggest that before talking to different pros accept where the business is today and where you want to take it. Then decide which pro can best help you figure out, through a dialogue, how to get there. Things move so fast in business it is the ongoing adjustment of operations and expenditures that optimize results.
