Kate is an amazing coach! Not only did she help me define my goals and actionable steps to achieve them, but more importantly, I learned a lot about myself. What motivates me, how to apply my strengths, and how to overcome and reframe my challenges, have been new discoveries for me. As an executive, these were unexpected but instrumental insights.
