What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a free consultation to understand clients' individual needs and areas of opportinity. From there, we enter a six-week program of exercises and dialogue designed to unlock their potential for growth and success.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Free consultation followed by a six-week program at $100 per session. From there we collaboratively evaluate our progress and update our coaching agreement.
