About
The client almost always obtains a satisfactory outcome in my cases. That's because you are retaining a lawyer with nearly 30 years of experience, both in and out of the courtroom.
Advocating for the client and awinning. That makes it all worthwhile.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most impoprtant is an extensive discussion to see if I can meet a client's needs. Then we would plot a strategy to make the client's wishes a reality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fordham Law School, National Employment Law Association (both New York and National Chapters), thousands of hours providing employment advice to clients and prospective clients, as well as other lawyers. I have trained nearly a dozen young lawyers over my career.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For employment cases I genreally charge a modest fee for expenses (if necessary) and my fee comes from a court award or a fee taken out of any settlement.
