CBT Specialist At Your Service
About
I seek to utilize my passion, drive and expertise within a cognitive behavioral and pastoral behavioral approach. Seeking to provide individuals with a healthy sense of self from not only a behavioral perspective, but from within his/her core by transforming distorted thoughts and behaviors into positive ways of thinking and behaving.
An outside interest of mine is Sabbath School and Church Ministry, and Martial Arts; I love both for their authenticity of character and philosophical goal of mind/body/spirit. These things assist me in my daily routine assisting individuals and those around me by reminding me that great character build great leaders.
