Assessing not only lifestyle, work structure, past trauma and physical activity to better tailor sessions specifically to an individual rather than cookie cutter textbook tretments.

I have my associates in Health science from the swedish institute, NY licensed massage therapist, certified personal trainer, extensive continuing education including kinesiology, thai, stretch therapy and others.

Standard pricing is relative to location and duration of massage.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The importance is in the detail, I strive for optimal customer service as well as effectiveness. Our sessions will be built around a facilitation of your progress and your unique responses. Understanding that each and every client has their own specific imbalances and external stressirs is key in developing an effective treatment plan, whether it be performance or general health based.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I encourage clients to ask themselves if whatever imbalances they're experiencing may be self-incurred, as well as if they are willing to be receptive to healing treatment through manual therapy.
