About this pro

Max Your Body is a service brand that targets unique imbalances within each individual based off physical, movement and lifestyle assessments to tailor treatment sessions and evolution programs specifically for you. Backed by my degree in Health Science from the swedish institute, extensive background in personal training, corrective exercise and kinesiology, I integrate practical massage approaches with scientific based practices to encompass rejuvenation of Oneness within the body. Massage is not just a luxury for the body but better yet an experience that is necessary for maintaining a balanced mind, efficiently working structure and spatial awareness that can sometimes be clouded by our everyday routine. Restore the natural cadence with various modalities varying from Stretch Therapy, Thai, Swedish or Hot Stone massage (to name a few) and Max Your Body.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer I am a professionally intuitive body worker that doesn't just know the body but I understand it and the fact that each one is different. I base each of my sessions through specific energy of the client and their muscular state backed by the knowledge of human anatomy and kinesiology. I have a whole hearted passion for impacting people's lives and educating them on how to move better and ultimately feel more comfortable in their own body.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Assessing not only lifestyle, work structure, past trauma and physical activity to better tailor sessions specifically to an individual rather than cookie cutter textbook tretments.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have my associates in Health science from the swedish institute, NY licensed massage therapist, certified personal trainer, extensive continuing education including kinesiology, thai, stretch therapy and others.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Standard pricing is relative to location and duration of massage.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with mainly active and inactive athletes, rehab patients, stay at home moms, office workers, elderly as well as aesthetic based clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

The importance is in the detail, I strive for optimal customer service as well as effectiveness. Our sessions will be built around a facilitation of your progress and your unique responses. Understanding that each and every client has their own specific imbalances and external stressirs is key in developing an effective treatment plan, whether it be performance or general health based.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

I encourage clients to ask themselves if whatever imbalances they're experiencing may be self-incurred, as well as if they are willing to be receptive to healing treatment through manual therapy.
