What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free evaluation of your prior year return. This step is critical to see what deductions you took in the past and if any errors existed to maximize your refund.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed CPA we maintain our training by attending 40 hours a year of continuing professional education. We are fully cognizant of all new tax credits and deductions.
