What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk to our customers understand their needs and provide as much support as we can in addition to just preparing their tax return. Based on questions and answers we may need to do research and we will gladly do it. For tax preparation we ask you to provide us with the last two years of your tax returns that would be best and you can upload it to our secure portal. We take security and identity that very seriously and take precautions and provide additional redundancies to protect your information. We will assist you with whatever you need by providing you templates translating the instructions and the tax law to plain English to maximize your refund and not have an issue that involves corresponding with the tax authorities or an audit.
