What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I understand each customers needs are unique and specific but also require a gameplan so, the usual process is a Free Consultation by phone and/or face-to-face followed up by:
• a client data check list and questionnaire
• review of information and provided documents
• go over the findings and results
• sign and process
• if needed, develop a strategy going forward
• year-round service with a network suite available to customers for credit repair, insurance, cert. mortgage planner, etc

How did you get started in this business?
Completed A.S. in Accounting and worked for a tax preparation franchise. My first season a ranked #9 out of a preparer network of more than 32,000 preparers nationwide.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all types of customers from a multitude of socioeconomic and businesses. Most of my personal income tax prep clients are “blue collar,” but I encourage everyone to contact me for at least an initial FREE consultation by calling 516-515-1040.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When is comes to taxes, leave the DIY (Do It Yourself) to Home Depot and Pinterest. Contact me for a FREE (initial) consultation.
