Helping Hands Psychotherapy, LCSW, P.C. was created with the mission to help individuals find their best selves. Through the use of psychotherapy, individuals can work towards finding a balance in their own lives and those of their family members. We help individuals to be able to navigate their feelings, better understand themselves and effectively use coping mechanisms to manage stress, relationship conflicts, and life in general.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call you will speak with our client experience coordinator. This is your opportunity to share your goals to help us determine the therapist with the best fit for you. Financial arrangements will also be discussed in this call. At your first visit goals of your specific treatment plan will be reviewed.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find someone who you are comfortable with- you have to be able to be open and honest free of feeling judged in order to achieve success.
