Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 18 years of experience. I provide individual, group and couples therapy to those struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety and life stress. The individuals I work with are often experiencing some trouble adjusting to transitions in their life, want to gain a better understanding of where they are in life, or want to make improvements in the quality of their life. I work with people who have a variety of issues and I also specialize in reproductive mental heath- depression and anxiety in pregnancy and the postpartum period , miscarriage, pregnancy loss, infertility, adoption etc.
I love helping people to feel better and see a clearer path to their future goals. Each individual has so much potential to improve their own happiness and lives- it is a priviledge to be able to help somoeone reach their full potential- to find happiness and calmness in their life.
Pauline is extremely friendly. She gives her complete attention and listens intently. She does not push any opinions, but lets you speak and form your own conclusions. It is a completely judgement free environment, and I am extremely comfortable with Pauline as my therapist.

We will speak briefly about what you are looking for, what we can offer, and if we agree its a good fit we will schedule an appointment with a therapist that best fits your needs. At our first appointment we will discuss more in detail what is going on for you, what you hope to take away from this experience. We will work together to identify the problems, goals, and develop a plan for treatment.
Our therapists are experienced social workers, all with a Masters Degree in Social work and licensed to practice in NYS. We do not employ students, interns or limited permit holders.
Our goal is to help each person find the care they need at a fee that is affordable. Our rates can be reduced rate for financial hardships and we will accept out of network benefits so if your insurance covers therapy (most do) you may be responsible for as little as a copay.
